If you constantly feel tired, without energy and if your skin is pale and dry with dark circles around your eyes, it means that your body needs to be cleansed. Namely, when the body has a lot of toxins, it becomes more prone to viruses, flu, and infections. So, in order to restore its vitality, you need to perform a complete cleanse.

For that purpose, we’ve prepared this weekend detox plan which cleanses the liver, lungs, intestines, kidneys, and lymph. It should be done twice per year for 10 days or you can do it for 2 weekends in one year. In addition, you need to regularly walk, run, or swim and consume dandelion, nettle, and birch tea during the detoxification.

Saturday

Breakfast

250 ml of warm water, a cup of oat flakes and a spoon of linseed, half a cup of blueberries, 250 ml of green tea or Greek yogurt, and 200 ml diet yogurt or almond milk

Lunch

250 ml water, 250 grams of grilled hake, Swiss chard, olive oil, and potato, 2 cups of tomato, arugula, or green salad, a banana, and a slice of melon

Snack

250 ml of water, one apple, ¼ cup of pumpkin seeds, and 180 ml of yogurt

Dinner

2 cups of salad with lemon juice and olive oil, integral pastry, half a cup of steamed spinach and broccoli, 150 grams of grilled tuna, and 250 ml of anise tea or water

Sunday

Breakfast

A cup of oat flakes, 200 ml of almond milk, a spoon of linseed, green tea, and a pear

Snack

A grapefruit

Lunch

250 ml of water, 200 grams of grilled chicken, 150 grams of pickles, and veggie soup from peppers, beans, potatoes, carrots, celery, and onions

Dinner

Integral pastry, beets, and carrots with lemon juice and a cup of nettle tea
